Baird Foundation Repair

I purchased a home with a driveway that had sunk at least 6" below the garage floor. when driving my car I had to take a "running start " to get up into the garage. Our first First bid was to tear up driveway (1st week ) and then on the second week pour a totally new drive, but Baird was able to offer a better, faster , cheaper solution, by raising the entire drive (and accompanying sidewalk) by injecting a foam beneath each and leveling everything back to normal. Isaiah and Stanley showed up this morning - on time - (7:30 am. and completed what I thought was going to be a three day process. In only one day. absolutely exceeded expectations, in every way. Isaiah took the time to explain what he understood the project to be, and what he and his team(He and Stanley)were prepared to do that morning to fix the problem. Both very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and articulate when explaining a process I knew little about. He must have had to explain this same procedure a hundred times to others before, but when explaining it to me, he took his time and seemed genuinely concerned that all questions were answered and that I understood everything he was going to be doing. Great customer service skills, and just as important. great quality product and process. 5 - stars across the board, for Baird, Isaiah, and Stanley. After completion, (in one day - not three) Isaiah took ownership of this job, calling it "his" and if I had any problems to ask for him personally if any follow-up was needed. Seemed like an example of a good old-fashioned work ethic, and someone taking pride in his work along with somebody who enjoyed and believed in what he does. - And the finished driveway and side walk? good as - or better than - new. Now level as intended and then power-washed and sealed (I use a wheelchair, and this is the first time I can roll from the garage floor out to the driveway without needing to stop and brace myself for a 6" drop.) Why such a lengthy review? because these guys deserve it, this level and quality of service is missing in today's workforce and should be recognized and rewarded. gold medals to the team assigned to me today! thank you for making my biggest concern moving to this new home less painful than I expected. My 1st experience with Baird Foundation was with Brandon. He came to the house to examine the foundation, took measurements and he was very thorough in discussing options , and explained the process. He was quite patient, polite and quite knowledgeable in his role. 1st day the project began, I met Mr. Juan, Field Supervisor. Mr. Juan kept me abreast of the schedules for the week and for the day. He frequently checked in with me to ask if I had any questions that he could answer for me. Very polite and courteous. Excellent customer service. Next came Julian and Mark P. Both are AMAZING and hard working! They politely greeted me, introduced themselves and Julian explained what their schedule for the day was. Both gentlemen were always polite and world greet me with a smile. Mark and Julian provided awesome customer service. Julian was in constant communication with me each morning, mid-day and at the end of each day providing me updates. Then Mark the Foreman came, he is a great asset to the Baird Team. He also kept me updated throughout the project, providing me details on obstacles that they’d came across with my foundation project . He was thorough with explaining solutions and what it would entail, prior to moving forward. Next came Jupiter, Jordan and Israel to assist and help complete the team, all were hard workers . Everyone was always polite, greeting me if I stepped outside, and the team always kept their equipment and soil/dirt out of the way to avoid an accident from happening. The customer service provided by this team was amazing. I was extremely happy to know that each day before the crew would leave, they’d sweep up dirt and clean off the driveway. Coming home after work to a clean and clear area made it safe for me to walk inside my home. My Foundation team worked hard, each day in extremely cold weather, never complaining. They did a professional job , didn’t slack off , and provided amazing customer service!! Way to go Foreman Mark, Julian, Mark P, Jupiter, Jordan, Israel, and Field Supervisor Juan!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS PROJECT LESS STRESSFUL FOR ME! I appreciate you guys very much.

We have worked with the team at Baird on two projects now. Our experience has been great on both. Their professional office staff made all aspects of the work very simple. From the prompt sales team, accomodating, scheduling-staff and very competent on-site personnel. We even received a great follow up call. They have been a joy to work with and their pricing has been very reasonable. I will continue to reach out to Baird for any foundation issues we may have in the future.

Arthur, Jupiter and Albert were a fantastic team, working together like a machine. I would recommend this crew to anyone with foundation issues. The design Specialist Jude Pasasadaba was very informative and thorough in his inspection. He kept me informed with scheduling and was able to answer any questions I had. I am so glad I chose Baird for the repairs I needed.
